The essentials

The essentials

The product portfolio includes Board-to-Board, Cable-to-Board and Cable-to-Cable interconnect configurations.

Equipped with proven reliable contacts and manufactured with high performance materials, these connectors are widely used in military, aeronautical, heavy transportation (e.g. trains) and aerospace applications.

210 series

210 series

210 series are miniature connectors for printed circuits with a 2 mm pitch for low frequency applications. Their high-temperature insulators make it suitable for use in severe environments. With a low profile it can be used in miniaturised situations. Their male contacts are protected by a shroud.

Features

  • Single row (series 211) from 2 to 17 contacts in 7 sizes;
  • Double row (series 212) from 4 to 34 contacts in 11 sizes;
  • Temperature range: -55°C/+125°C

Benefits

  • Good reliability in severe mechanical and climatic environments;
  • Reduced size and weight;
  • Fixings: strength, cost reduction, saving in time and logistics.

220 series

220 series

The 220 series is a 2-row miniature connector family with a mixed layout using low and high frequency contacts (coaxial), high power, as well as mechanical locking and guiding systems.

Made from high performance materials and with board fixings lockable using screws, these mixed layout connectors can be used in severe mechanical and thermal harsh environments.

This range incorporates various types of connection:

  • Through Mount soldering (TMT)
  • Press-fit mounting (PF)
  • Surface mounting (SMT)
  • Crimp-to-wire/cable (CTW)

Cable potting is possible via a cavity on the crimping models.
Solutions for connection to parallel cards allows a stacking height of 8 mm.

Features

  • 6 to 50 contacts in 2 rows;
  • Contact modularity (signal, coaxial, power);
  • Insulator: UL 94 V0 thermoplastic;
  • Stainless steel fixings;
  • Operating Temperature Range: -55°C/+125°C.

Benefits

  • Good contact reliability in severe mechanical and thermal harsh environments;
  • Reduced size and weight;
  • Board Fixtures.

This range incorporates various types of connection:

  • Through Mount soldering (TMT)
  • Surface mounting (SMT)
  • Crimp-to-wire/cable (CTW)

Features

  • Mixed use with coaxial (up to 6 GHz) and high power contacts (up to 20 Amps);
  • Contact modularity (LF, coaxial, power);
  • Insulator: UL 94 V0 thermoplastic;
  • Fixings lockable using screws;
  • RoHs compatible;
  • Climate category: -55°C / +125°C;
  • Aluminium alloy backshell on request.

Benefits

  • Shielding (metallic body);
  • Good contact reliability in severe mechanical and thermal harsh environments;
  • Reduced size and weight;
  • Board Fixtures.

Features

  • 18 to 96 contacts in 3 rows;
  • Contact modularity (signal, coaxial, power);
  • Insulator: UL 94 V0 thermoplastic;
  • Stainless steel fixings;
  • Temperature range: -55°C/+125°C;

Benefits

  • Good reliability in severe mechanical and climatic environments;
  • Reduced size and weight;
  • Fixings: strength, cost reduction, saving in time and logistics.
