Threaded connectors

Multi-contact circular connectors derived from the ST 538 AGB/T and NF C 93422 extension HE 314 standards, are composed of an hermetically sealed receptacle with 61 gauge 20 prong contacts.

Made from high performance materials with high performance finishes, these connectors can be used in severe mechanical and climatic environments.

These bronze marine connectors incorporate:

  • 5 fool proofing keys,
  • an O-ring on the body,
  • threaded locking device.

 

Features

  • Receptacle with a notched nut and locking washer fixing for panels;
  • Insulator: Diallyl phthalate or Silicon;
  • Contacts: Copper alloy;
  • Contact finish: Gold on nickel, tinned core;
  • Conductor part: 0.93mm2 max.;
  • O-ring: Silicon;
  • Mechanical fool proofing: 5 keys;
  • Sealing: Pressure differential of 1 bar, leak = 2.8mm3/hour;

Power supply connectors

Power supply connectors

These multi-contact connectors with a receptacle fitted with 2 filtered contacts, are particularly suitable for power supply signal transmission.

Made from high performance materials with high performance finishes, these connectors can be used in severe mechanical and climatic environments.

These aluminium alloy connectors incorporate:

  • contacts combined with filter components mounted on the IC in the insulating block,
  • sealing ensured by moulding in polyurethane resin and a bi-material gasket (anti-corrosion),
  • wire outlet and connection by CMM connector.

Grounding connectors

Grounding connectors

Single contact Jack type grounding connectors are composed of 2 parts, a plug and solderable contact and a mechanically connected receptacle. Theycome in 3 types of grounding.

Made from high performance materials with high performance finishes, these connectors can be used in severe mechanical and climatic environments.

These stainless steel and brass connectors incorporate:

  • different types of grounding,
  • different cable diameters,
  • different models with or without a nut,
  • different models with a tommy nut for a safety wire.

Rocket connectors

These connectors come in 2 parts, a jettisonable plug (mobile part) and a receptacle to be attached to a structure. They are particularly suitable for the transmission of security signals.

They are fitted with 2 core contacts and shielding. Made from high performance materials with high performance finishes, these connectors can be used in severe mechanical and climatic environments.

These connectors incorporate:

  • a cable,
  • a thermo-retractable sheath,
  • crimp and moulded contacts,
  • signal transmission via a central contact and by continuity with the equipment,
  • a splicing and spring fixing system,
  • a jettison system via traction.

Thread-lock connectors

Multi-contact circular power connectors come in 2 parts, prong and receptacle, with 4 gauge 8 crimp contacts and a gauge 20 contact.

Made from high performance materials with high performance finishes, these connectors can be used in severe mechanical and climatic environments.

These aluminium alloy connectors incorporate:

  • 4 Ø 4.3 holes for the mounting key,
  • 49 teeth,
  • a grounding ring between prong and receptacle,
  • a locking screw.

Spring connectors

Spring connectors

These specific multi-contact circular connectors with a filtered receptacle equipped with 2 spring loaded prong contacts, are particularly suitable for power supply signal transmission.

These multi-contact circular connectors are equipped with long-stroke piston contacts. Made from high performance materials with high performance finishes, these connectors can be used in severe mechanical and climatic environments.

These aluminium alloy connectors incorporate:

  • a non-reflective coating,
  • filtered contacts (filtering of signals and noise),
  • an O-ring gasket,
  • connection to the electronics via a ZIF connector on the printed circuit.

Power connectors with lateral displacement

Power connectors with lateral displacement

Designed for power supply boards, these rectangular connectors have 20 amp contacts.

They are composed of 2 fool-proofed guides with 6 coding positions, contacts accommodating lateral displacement over ± 0.3mm and with very low contact resistance.

These connectors are composed of:

  • a female motherboard connector for direct connection onto the IC,
  • a male connector fitted with CMS type contacts.

 

Features

  • 2 fool-proofed guides with 6 coding positions;
  • Contacts: 20A;
  • Coupling torque: max 3N;
  • Uncoupling torque: min 0.5N;
  • Mechanical endurance: 200 operations;
  • Contact resistance: < 0.6Ω;

  • The guide mechanism acts before the contacts connect;

EMI/EMP filter connectors

EMI/EMP filter connectors

These EMI/EMP filter connector has simple, C and LC filtered contacts and coaxial contacts.

They are fitted with body shielding with slotted plates permitting EMI shielding.

 

Features

  • Type C or LC filtering;
  • Nominal voltage: 100 V DC / 70 V AC, 50 Hz;
  • Insulator: under 100 V Ri = 1000 MΩ;
  • Nominal current: LC filter: 1A, C filter: 3A;
